Welcome to my portfolio site. My name is Jimmie Mangione, Jr. I am a graphic designer and illustrator in Orlando, Florida. I have always had talent and an interest in the arts. I have been involved with art since I was a child, and have always loved to create in many forms. I have had classical art training in drawing, painting, pottery, print making and sculpture. I also have a degree in graphic design as well. I have a true passion for creating visual communications and images. I think outside of the box, work quickly and diligently on my projects and I have a keen eye for color and space.I created my first logo at fifteen years old, and knew then that I wanted to work as an artist and designer. I have worked on many diverse projects and with many different types of clients. I have the ability to bring your thoughts and ideas to life in my designs and illustrations. For the last five years, I have worked as a graphic designer and prepress specialist. For four years before that, I worked as a prepress technician for a large commercial web printer, using the latest in direct to plate imaging and output software. I also have experience working with sheet-fed and silk screen printing as well. My knowledge and experience in the printing field has taught me the ins and outs of production, and i can guarantee that my design will print just like they appear on proof. |
